The Lenco Complete is a fully assembled, professionally built board, ready to ride straight out of the box. Every board is hand-built, configured, and extensively tested before shipping to ensure reliable performance and a premium riding experience.

Unlike mass-produced products, each board is built to order using carefully selected components and assembled with attention to detail.

Every complete board is built specifically for its owner. This includes:

• VESC configuration and tuning

Production Time

Estimated production time: 2–3 months.

Production starts after your order has been confirmed. Because every board is assembled by hand and several components are manufactured in small batches, lead times may vary slightly depending on parts availability.

Important Notes

• This is a custom-built product and is assembled to order.
• Minor cosmetic differences may occur due to continuous product improvements.
• The front box handle is intended for occasional carrying only and is not designed for heavy lifting or prolonged use (all space in front box used).

Warranty, Liability & Intended Use

European Sales Only

The Lenco Complete Board is designed and sold exclusively for customers within Europe. By purchasing this product, the customer confirms that they are purchasing it within the European market.

Intended Use

The Lenco Complete Board is a high-performance electric personal vehicle intended primarily for closed-course, private property and competition use. It is not intended to be marketed as a road-legal vehicle.

Road legality differs between countries and may change over time. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to determine whether operation of the board is permitted under local laws and regulations.

Limited Warranty

Each board is individually assembled, configured and tested before shipment.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the applicable warranty period.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Water ingress or corrosion.
• Crashes, drops, impacts or collisions.
• Racing, jumping, stunt riding or other extreme use.
• Riding beyond the designed operating limits.
• Incorrect charging procedures.
• Use of incompatible chargers or accessories.
• Improper storage or maintenance.
• Any modification to the hardware, wiring or battery.
• Changes to VESC, BMS or motor configuration, including firmware updates or tuning parameters.
• Improper installation of replacement parts.
• Normal wear items including tires, grip tape, bearings, bumpers and cosmetic damage.

Any modification to the electrical or mechanical systems may immediately void the warranty.

High-Performance Product

The Lenco Complete Board is a powerful machine capable of high speeds and acceleration. Like any high-performance electric vehicle, it carries inherent risks.

Loss of traction, rider error, incorrect configuration, battery failure, electronic malfunction, mechanical failure or unforeseen component failure may result in sudden loss of power, unexpected behavior, a nosedive, crash, fire or other hazardous situations.

No mechanical or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely free from failure.

The rider accepts these inherent risks and is solely responsible for operating the board safely, inspecting it before every ride and wearing appropriate protective equipment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lenco Solutions’ liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components or the complete board, at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse or abuse.
• Damage caused by modifications or altered software settings.
• Damage caused by accidents or rider error.
• Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use, transportation costs, lost income or damage to other equipment.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Customer Support

Although the warranty is intentionally limited due to the nature of this product, we believe in supporting our customers. If you experience a problem, we will always do our best to help diagnose the issue, provide technical support and offer replacement parts or repair services whenever possible, regardless of whether the issue falls within the warranty.
