Lenco Wheel V4 Frame Kit – DIY 3D Printed Plastic Parts Option

The Lenco Wheel V4 Frame Kit allows you to build your own board without compromising on quality. This version of the kit provides an option for customers to print all the plastic parts themselves, reducing the overall cost. We provide the necessary STL files for this purpose.

The kit includes many components pre-installed, such as footpads with sensors, a light module, and the main wiring harness, ensuring a simple and fast build while maintaining high standards. The frame accommodates a large battery (up to 20s2p 21700 cells) and is compatible with the VESC of your choice. Additionally, the frame fits multiple motors (including the Lenco Wheel 4000w 80 Nm version) and is height adjustable.

Included in the DIY Kit:

• Frame Rails (wrapped in carbon-look vinyl)
• Footpads (including sensors and grip tape)
• Slide plates (HDPE, black)
• Light module (check out our video for simple wiring instructions)
• LED light strips (20/strip, individually addressable)
• Main Wiring Harness (10 AWG main wires)
• Charge plug (XLR outside, XT-60 inside)
• STL Files for all Plastic Parts (Nylon bumpers, ABS for other parts)

Printing Your Own Plastic Parts:

By choosing this option, you will receive the STL files to print the plastic parts yourself. A 3D printer with a print bed of 260mm or larger is recommended. This avoids the need for gluing parts together, although gluing remains an option if preferred.

This kit requires minimal additional assembly. Simply select your preferred VESC, battery, charger, and motor to complete your setup. We supply a drilling jig to add the bolt holes for most common VESCs.
